I made my order back in August 2021, and it took a whopping 5 months to arrive. Customer service was pretty slow on the updates until I reached out myself. When my item finally showed up, I found that the instructions for installation were missing, and the crystals took another week to arrive. Plus, I noticed that the chandelier had way too many empty hooks for the crystals. I had asked for more to be sent so I could fill it out properly.

The company's response to my issue was:
"Please note that not every hole gets a crystal. See diagram below for reference:
http://148.62.44.166/DIAGRAMS/diagrams/Rotation_0_*******0318PM_1514. Jpg"

But honestly, the diagram didn’t even match the item I received. So, I’d suggest reaching out to them before you buy anything to ensure you get what you expect and avoid this hassle.

I really wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this place.

The website let me input my international shipping info. I placed an order for a chandelier, and everything seemed fine until I followed up a week later. That’s when I found out they don’t ship outside the country. I had already set up for the chandelier and even got a step-down transformer. They were really unhelpful in exploring any shipping options. All I got were a few words: 'No I can't, sorry.' Just awful customer service and a poor way to handle a business.

I'm giving this a two-star rating because they are offering a full refund.

Their policy states you can either get a complete refund or a 'keep it and we’ll see how much we’ll knock off the price'.

They don’t seem to factor in the costs involved in hanging it, repackaging (since it’s already messed up), and removing the light cost (if there’s any damage) to even figure out the extent of the damage. I’m the one taking the hit with this policy. If there’s any damage, they might discount it by $50, but that’s just what I’ve heard. It looks like it got tossed off a truck, no thanks.

Would you take a chance after seeing this picture? No tape job and loose parts. I didn’t think so.

After giving this company ample time to sort out my issues, their response was abrupt and lacked any form of apology. To start, they delivered the wrong chandelier, missing the blue trim I had specifically ordered. On top of that, one of the lampholders was defective. I also noticed I was charged more than I should have been. Lastly, there was no authenticity card included with the product. All I got in the end was a brief email stating that blue crystals were on their way and that they would send a replacement lampholder. There was no acknowledgment of the hassle or the fact that it took me four emails just to get a reply. I'm really let down, especially after seeing all those positive reviews.

I've bought a bunch of chandeliers from The Gallery and I'm really happy with the quality of their products. The prices at The Gallery are better than what you'll find elsewhere. I'll keep shopping there and definitely recommend them to others. Thanks for the great quality and fair prices!

I've bought 4 chandeliers from this company since the early 2000s. There was just one time I needed a replacement part, and they took care of it fast and like pros. I totally recommend Gallery67 to anyone. These chandeliers really spruce up any space you decide to decorate. Their prices are all over the place but pretty wallet-friendly. I assembled my chandeliers myself, except for the wiring, and I added some shades. Bling!
